These terms apply to your use of brilo.com.au, run by BRILO (ABN 92 861 375 892), a sole trader business of Amory Csiky-Alvarez. By using the site you agree to them.

Our services

The site describes the marketing systems we build for solar and battery retailers. Nothing on it is an offer that becomes binding when you read it: the work we do for a client, its price and its terms are set out in a written agreement with that client, and that agreement prevails over anything on this site.

Information on the site

We keep the content accurate and current, but it is general information about our services, not advice for your business. Figures about past results describe past work and are not a promise of future results.

Using the site

• Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, or copy it in bulk.
• The BRILO name, logo, text and artwork belong to us; please ask before reusing them.
• Links to other sites (like Calendly) are for convenience; their own terms apply there.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
